SENSITIVITY AND MOVEMENT MASTERCLASS
This was the essence of the class; feeling the depth of their energy and strength, the direction of the energy and their structure. A secondary theme running through the class was using their structure against them, extension of their structure, rotation of limbs and body movement and no strength!

Elbow brace swimming

Grip break on the wrist - rotation, extension, changing levels, sweeping off and passing, huen sau, immovable elbow

A double grips, any grip, any energy, B moves to escape
