21/6/16 Cross loop drill, pad work and grappling flow


CROSS LOOP DRILL
- shoulder roll
- short parry
- long parry
- cover with the elbow
- cut punch
- lap and uppercut
- Thai long arm cover
- bob and weave, boy hoo, head hook, he body hooks then head hooks which you bob and weave with body hit and continue the drill by throwing the right cross.

Throw constant alternate crosses between players and inserting any of the defences in any order.

PAD WORK
Jab-cross - bob under the lead hook - shuffle forward to cross-hook - bob under the rear hook - shuffle forward hook-cross-hook

10 hard as you can right crosses

GRAPPLING FLOW
Off the jab (move around the body counter clockwise) or the jab-cross (move around the body clockwise)
Short parry and salute into lap and uppercut into
1 - head control with the arm snaked under his elbow and hand on the back of the head
2 - switch arms with outside arm on the back of the tricep
3 - take the back and the hip creases
4 - fingers in the clavicles at the throat
5 - swim up for the full Nelson
6 and 7 are 1 and 2 in reverse order
